The following schedule is snapshot of a potential day at Five-Star:
7:30 am: Rise
8:00 - 8:20 am: Stretching and warm-up
8:30 - 9:15 am: Breakfast
9:30 - 11:00 am: Stations *
11:00 - 12:20 pm: Game or Individual Instruction **
12:30 - 1:30 pm: Lunch
1:30 - 2:15 pm: Break
2:30 - 3:30 pm: Lecture ***
3:30 - 4:45 pm: Game or Individual Instruction **
4:45 - 6:00 pm: Game or Individual Instruction **
6:00 - 7:00 pm: Dinner
7:15 - 8:30 pm: Game or Individual Instruction **
8:30 - 9:45 pm: Game or Individual Instruction **
9:45 - 11:00 pm: Night Program ****
11:00 – 11:30 pm: Return to dorms
12:00 am: Lights Out
Notes:
* Stations are the primary focus at camp. Each station is 15 minutes and is taught by some of the greatest high school, college and pro coaches. Stations will teach all skills to improve your game.
** The Game or Individual Instruction slots appear 5 times but you will only play between 2 and 3 games per day. In those other times you will have the opportunity for Canteen, Weight Room, Lecture or other announced activities.
*** Lecture can be uplifting, funny and educational by some of the greatest speakers and coaches in the game.
**** The Night Program can be another set of stations, a basketball show, an NCAA mandated Educational Seminar, a tournament or a basketball lecture.
